Wave Makers Sponsorship Program
At All Swell, surfing is about more than catching waves. It’s about sisterhood, encouragement, and building confidence in and out of the water.
In partnership with DRIFT Beach Club, the Wave Makers Sponsorship celebrates girls in the South Bay who lead with heart, lift others up, and bring positive energy into their communities.
This is a sponsorship that values character over competition and community over follower counts.
We’re selecting girls who love the ocean and make a meaningful impact in everyday life.
Wave Makers embody:

• A desire to support and uplift others
We know that HEART matters most.
Applications are submitted online through All Swell.
Selected applicants will participate in a short interview process. We want to hear how you spread positivity and support those around you.
What Wave Makers Receive
• A three-month All Swell gear sponsorship (monthly packages)
• Exclusive sponsor-only merchandise
• Features on All Swell and DRIFT social channels
• Gifts from DRIFT Beach Club
• Store discounts
• A professional photoshoot
• 100 All Swell stickers
• A community celebration on March 26 at DRIFT Beach Club in Manhattan Beach
Beyond the Three Months
After the sponsorship period, Wave Makers become part of the extended All Swell mentorship community, with opportunities to:
• Mentor future sponsors
• Attend exclusive surf meetups
• Participate in special community events
Wave Makers will:
• Wear All Swell gear
• Represent the brand with kindness and positivity
• Participate in select community events
This is about real-life connection and building confidence beyond the screen.
Each sponsorship lasts three months, allowing new girls to join each quarter. There are no levels - just one supportive sisterhood.
